Registration is possible on this website (or here if you prefer to do it in Slovenian). The regular conference fee is 140 euros and the reduced conference fee is 100 euros; the deadline for registration for presenting participants is 30 June 2022. Some important things to keep in mind:

• Once you register on the website, your registration needs to be processed institutionally. Within a few working days, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions to the email address you provide in the registration form.
• For institutional reasons, payment is only possible via bank transfer. Please make sure to cover any additional transaction costs incurred and to remit the full amount of the registration fee when making the bank transfer; this is especially important if you are not based in the EU.
• If you are paying the conference fee through your institution, the University of Ljubljana will need to issue an invoice for that. In order for that to happen, you will need to provide some sort of tax or ID number for the institution (no prescribed format) as well as official confirmation – this can be a formal order form, a statement or just an email that confirms you can use institutional funding.
• The conference fee covers the whole of the academic programme and most of the social programme. The conference dinner (38 euros/person; with vegetarian/vegan options available on site) and the optional Sunday trip (47 euros/person; description below) need to be booked separately; to book both at the same time (85 euros/person), follow this link.
